Personal Information: I have always been proud of my identification as a “Denver native”. Growing up in Capitol Hill, attending Dora Moore, Morey, East and the University of Northern Colorado, as well as growing up in the Real Estate business has made me who I am today. I am dedicated to my community and neighborhood and encourage others to do the same. My parents were very influential in my career choice, with a Realtor mother, architect and city planner father, both of whom were immersed in the development of our neighborhood. As a SUN (Stapleton United Neighbors) board member, I feel I am following in their steps in creating and nurturing a community that I am excited to raise my two children in.

I have been in the Real Estate business for over 15 years and have developed relationships with City and Neighborhood planners, Private developers, Builders and many homeowners throughout the Denver Metro area. The market takes many turns, however, there has been one consistency that happens to be my favorite part of the job, handing someone the keys to their home.

I have been able to dominate and explore a niche that many realtors have no knowledge of; Affordable Housing. It is very satisfying to assist someone who never thought homeownership was a possibility.

Personal Information:
I am a Denver native who is passionate about buying & selling real estate in the town I know best! Having grown up in Denver, I have had the opportunity to live in many of the different and diverse neighborhoods that Denver has to offer. This life-long education and experience uniquely qualifies me to provide clients with a wealth of expertise and valuable perspective.
I was born and raised in the northern suburbs & then moved to the downtown/Capital Hill area where I went on to graduate from the University of Colorado. After college, I met my husband and real estate partner, Damon.

From the time we met, Damon and I have been very busy, personally experiencing
the Denver housing market and all that it has to offer. Some of our personal purchases have included:

• Remodeling an 1889 Victorian in the Highlands
• Experiencing the wonder of the Denver Square in Congress Park
• Purchasing investment properties for both rental and “fix for quick sale”
• And finally, I have now experienced firsthand the challenges of building a new home.

In the midst of the above transactions, Damon and I had two wonderful children. Through the amazing experiences of parenthood, we have versed ourselves in the various neighborhoods for schools and other child friendly activities.
